On Wednesday, the Public League hosted the 2026 Philadelphia Public League Wrestling Championship at Northeast High School between the Northeast High School Vikings and the Academy @ Palumbo Griffins. Since 2009, Northeast High School has dominated the Public League Wrestling scene, competing in all 18 Championship matches and winning 11 PPL Titles in that stretch.
